I shall be purchasing my next Michael Heppell Audio very soon. This is the book that will show you how to ensure customers are raving about your products and services and come back for more. The narrator made you feel that he was talking to you and although some of the segments did nt relate to my life, it gave me lots of advice michaep consider.
